Sudhakar Madakasira, M.D., DLFAPA, is a psychiatrist and a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Madakasira has over thirty years of clinical experience with half of that being in academic centers. He has won numerous awards and is listed in The Best Doctors of America.
Aside from Psycamore, Dr. Madakasira also has his own full-time private practice. Dr. M is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, and teaches at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He founded Psycamore Mental Health Programs and specializes in the evaluation, research, and treatment of anxiety and mood disorders and in partial hospital programs. Dr. Madakasira is the Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director.
